2010 EASTERN PRO TOUR awards banquet

Saturday, April 10th, the EASTERN PRO TOUR held its awards banquet in Cornwall Ontario. The 150 or more persons who attended will surely remember, a few of them more than others…

The top 3 of each E.P.T. class received plaques and the "front runners" of the PRO classes split more than 6,000. $ in cash and prizes.

Many gifts were donated by Marcel Imbault from BRP, Jacques Villeneuve (3 Camoplast oval tracks), promoter Harold Foyster (3 Choko jackets and a Tek vest) and DeWalt tools. Tickets were sold to be part of a drawing and the most valuable gifts were auctionned.

The revenues will be donated to Mason Hamilton, a regular E.P.T. driver who was seriously injured February 6th, at a Northern N.Y. VINTAGE Snowsled Racers event.

Saturday April 17th, in Warrensburg N.Y., there will be RACE FOR MACE, a benefit night for Mason. For this occasion, I will give to Mason the revenues collected at the Grand-Prix Desjardins de Roberval (mechanic's race), and revenues from the E.P.T. banquet's night, contributions from E.P.T. and its officials, team owners and members. The total amount is MORE THAN 6,000. $ . A very special thanks to everybody.
